Michael Brannan, Principal, M/M Development
Brannan’s interest in design’s collision with commerce includes working as a musician, producer and promoter while attending the University of Nebraska. Mike sold his production company and followed his interest in intellectual property into music licensing and consulting. While staying active in music, he worked to structure intellectual property and real estate investments. Mike is a principal in many real estate developments including the repositioning of the former Ranch Bowl property. Other interests include mid-town coffee haven, Caffeine Dreams, housed in a circa 1901 renovated 3,500 square-foot row house. He owes much of his entrepreneurial drive to his family, which has successfully developed many sites in Dallas and Tyler, Texas.
